Orders
When you place an order on our website, you commit to buy the items in that order at the price indicated at the time of purchase including any delivery fees, taxes and custom duties where applicable. You order is subject to our acceptance and might be held for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Your order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us. Any items held in your basket of wish list, will not be reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

Pricing
Prices on our website are displayed in EUR, GBP and USD and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rates. Prices exclude any extra costs shipping fees, taxes or custom duties. Any additional costs will only be displayed when checking out.
If you are paying with a card that is not denominated in EUR, GBP or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
We can process your order in the next currencies: EUR, GBP and USD. Products are priced in our base currency, EUR. The current market rate, the rate at the moment of purchase, is used to convert EUR to GBP and USD. When your local currency is different than the currencies, we can process your payment in, the conversion is handled by your financial institution and might be subject to a small conversion fee.

Promotional codes are only valid in accordance with their terms. They are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative, can only be used once and cannot be used in combination with any other promotional offer.

Delivery

** Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours or after the cut-off time and/or on any Belgian public holiday will be deemed placed on the first Belgian working day following the date on which the order was submitted.
*** We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any original, return or re-delivery charges. Super Duper Body is not responsible for failure or delay of delivery for reasons outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return or exchange items subject to meeting the conditions set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. You must request your return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 14 calendar days of delivery of your order, will not be accepted. The goods need to be returned at your own risk and expenses.
Please note:
1) We cannot accept returns of products purchased on more than 20% sale
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested and gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Send us an email at hello@superduperbody.com within 14 calendar edays upon receipt of your products with your name, order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you after sending your product(s) back to us.
