You may return or exchange items subject to meeting the conditions set below. You must request your return or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 14 calendar days of delivery of your order, will not be accepted. The goods need to be returned at your own risk and expenses.
1) We cannot accept returns of products purchased on more than 20% sale
2) We cannot accept empty or nearly empty products.
3) We will only accept unopened, tested and gently used products.
4) We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Send us an email at email@example.com within 14 calendar edays upon receipt of your products with your name, order number, the name of the product(s) and the reason(s) why they didn’t work for you and we’ll be happy to refund you after sending your product(s) back to us.
